Shawn Kautzsch grew up in the rural oil and gas town of Big Piney, Wyoming.  He attended Spirit Life Bible College in Irvine, California and graduated in June of 2001. Upon graduation from bible college, God called Shawn to serve as a missionary in Mongolia for three years. During his time in Mongolia he taught in numerous churches and bible schools, trained several helps ministry teams, started a ministry in the National Youth Prison, planned and organized evangelistic healing crusades, and helped to pioneer a two-year bible school in the capital city of Ulaan Bataar.

Following his time in Mongolia, Shawn Kautzsch returned to the United States to study Business Administration at the University of Wyoming.  While studying at the university, he founded Global Promise, Inc. as a Christian 501(c)[3].

Through Global Promise, Shawn Kautzsch has helped plan and organize the first youth conference in the history of Mongolia, he is working on an orphanage project in Haiti, and is also working to develop a Mongolian missions program to send Mongolian missionaries throughout Asia and the Middle East.  He has also been working with the Navigators at the University of Wyoming to strengthen and develop Christian student leaders.

Now Shawn Kautzsch has a vision to challenge, strengthen, and mobilize the Body of Christ in Wyoming.  Some of his favorite topics to minister on are “Identity in Christ”, "Intimacy with God", “Believer’s Authority”, “Being Led By The Holy Spirit”, “Living a Life of Faith”, and “Fulfilling Your Destiny in God”.  Shawn hopes to continue working together with other leaders and pastors to empower believers in fulfilling the call of God.
